What a lovely world we live in
I work early too, I usually have one or two 6 am shifts a week. They give me a tiny four hour shift, but that early, it feels like I'm spending the day there. I'd say drink lots of coffee, but that might not be the best option when you're not feeling well. :( Do some yoga? lol I know the idea of moving in the morning is not appealing, but a few stretches can help you feel a bit better sometimes.
